Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly featured a patio, although it was a bit cold even with the air-conditioning running all night. The brilliant shower and the outside seating space added a nice touch, even though the room could have been a little larger.

The service was top-notch. The staff were so helpful and very kind. The hotel's location surrounded by lovely family-run restaurants was perfect, and the recommendations provided by the staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, made our stay absolutely excellent.

The location was just perfect. It is a local family hangout during the day and evening, not inundated with crazy crowds. The lovely little terrace on an inner courtyard and being right in the middle of good bars and restaurants at Campo San Marguerita by reception staff Erica & Sebastiano made our stay even more enjoyable.

The dining experience was nice enough but somewhat limited for the price of our stay. The coffee was terrible, but freshly made sandwiches were enjoyable, and the view overlooking the square was pleasant.

The facilities were satisfactory, with the hotel offering housekeeping, welcome drink, and pet amenities available. However, the dining options were pretty average with limited choices, especially the coffee.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small but clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, especially Sebastiano who provided valuable information. The location was perfect, close to all the sights and public transportation. The dining experience was average but the fresh bread rolls were a nice touch.

Staying at this hotel was simply delightful. The location is excellent, surrounded by charming family-run restaurants, making every meal choice a pleasure. The rooms, situated right in front of the reception, boast a lovely Venetian courtyard view and each has its own large private courtyard, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Erica and Sebastiano, who truly made our experience outstanding. The dining, though nice, could have more variety, offering an excellent perk but slightly limited for the price point. If you're looking for a calm and silent retreat away from the bustling tourist spots, this is the place to be.
